The power and the beauty of the mountains are more impressive on foot than from any vehicle. Whether you take a two-night trek around the Bumthang valley, walk for 5 days from Paro to Thimphu, or take the one month Snowman trek (toughest trek in the world), the views, villages, people and experience will be unparalleled. Awakening at dawn to the sound of the cockerel and a warming mug of tea, trekkers at high altitudes are invariably greeted by a breath-taking mountain views. Few sites on earth can equal the first sunlight hitting a Himalayan mountain. Trekking during April and May in the Himalayas brings the deep reds and oranges of the rhododendron blossom. Earlier in the year the light is sharper but the nights are cold. In autumn, after the rainy season, the skies clear and the leaves begin to turn yellow, this is a very good season for trekking..
Our treks range from mild to most strenuous trek in the world and are fully equipped with gears imported from US and supported by the most experienced trek leaders and crew. We carry our own supplies and provisions to ensure quality and hygiene food with comfortable tented accommodations that meet our high standard. Our porters and Mountain horses or yaks carry all bags, food, tents etc. and our staff arranges the cooking, washing dishes, putting up camps, and generally we do everything but the walking part. Our trip leaders are the best with vast knowledge of culture, religion, history and nature.
When trekkers reach the campsite they are greeted with a hot cup of tea and biscuits in the dinning tent or outside if weather permits. After six hours on the mountains, no drinks will ever taste sweeter. For dinner the cook will prepare a buffet of dishes that are as welcome as they are delicious.
